For shame!
In Payroll Country, there's a process. We know it well because we created it. Just follow the steps, stay engaged and let us do the heavy lifting. (We don't mind the exercise.)
Here are the steps that must be followed in most payroll transitions...
- All sales paperwork is finalized and delivered.
- Paperwork is sent to the Transition team and a Transition Service Representative (TSR) is assigned to your account.
- Your TSR introduces themselves, reviews all the paperwork provided by sales and contacts you to request any additional information needed to process payroll.
- Your TSR configures the software, loads the data and begins the testing process.
- Your TSR calls you to confirm your account is ready and provides the additional tax impound amount (the collection of prior taxes not yet paid to authorities).
- Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) introduces themselves and schedules your first payroll run.
- Your Account Executive returns to hand-deliver your first payroll and review it with you in person.
